Supporting Parents & Families
Parents play a vital role in protecting and guiding young people through increasingly complex social pressures. Many families today are navigating challenges such as exploitation, peer pressure, online influence, substance misuse and gang recruitment.
One of the most damaging myths surrounding youth violence is that it only affects certain families. The reality is that exploitation can affect young people from any background.
Beyond the Streets provides awareness and guidance for parents so they feel better equipped to recognise warning signs, have informed conversations with their children and seek support when needed.
